Conversation with little Miss Fancy Pants this evening as she's crawling up in my lap:
Me: "Hey Katie, what did you and Abbey do today"?
Katie: "That's not my name"!
Me: "What do you mean Katie"?
Katie: "I'm Baby Chicken"!
Me: "Well, ummm, oh hell ok, you're Baby Chicken".
I wonder who she'll be tomorrow?

My nephew called his mum Elasta Girl, Billy was Dash and his father was Mr Incredible... he was someone new each day... you had to call him by that name... sometimes he is Spiderman... gotta love their imaginations...
I once babysat a girl who changed her name to Ella, then Crystal, and then Ginny. And now she's back to her real name, but claims that she will name her children Lilly and James after the Harry Potter charecters.

Yeah.....I've found it best not to try to argue with a two year old...or a three year old for that matter. I would just go with the baby chicken thing and call it a day....

Yep...that goes on in our house too. The other day Lottie was a puppy, by the end of the day though I was a little tired of her not answering my questions and just barking at me! LOL
