Barn Yard Fun

Momma and her babies seek out yet another petting farm.

I'm a city girl really a beach girl but damn do I love my barn yard friends. I've even been quoted recently as telling dh who is nutty for me(ha-ha) that I want a goat--as a pet! His only response was "will it mow the lawn"? At least he was listening. Hmmmmm...pictures of us at yet another animal farm....yes, I drive around looking for farms. The girls were so sweet feeding the animals. I think the owner of the farm may have been a little more than excited when we finally packed up our things and left. I'm sure there was a brief moment where he asked himself if we were moving in! Katie and Abbey drained all the Sanitizer dispensers in the time we were there. They really should raise those higher than 3 feet tall! Especially when your target audience is only 3 feet tall. Shzzzz.

I don't want to hear any 'guff' about my barn attire! I thought we all looked stunning. The animals loved us too. Had nothing to do with the red bucket I was carrying either. We even helped herd the animals back in the corral. I think I know what I want to be when I grow up......secret agent ya need any help?!

the girls are seeping of cuteness in their outfits.
Perfect barnyard attire for all of you :)
Our kids LOVE that kind of stuff too always have. In the fall we hit ALL of the local pumpkin patches. They all have petting farms and the kids can't get enough.

If it moves ~ LiLi loves it! Poor mommy is enduring ~ never been one for creatures.

I don't see the problem with the attire ~ the girls look like little milk maids and you left the spiked heals at home :D

My in-laws had a goat ~ trust me ~ you really do not want a goat.

What an adventure! Your girls are beautiful.

By the way, it wasn't the feed the animals were interested in, by the looks of the last picture, it was the cleavage! They just ate the feed to keep you coming back...

Ditto on the dresses and hair kerchiefs. So freaking adorable!!!!! Next time throw on your boots with your dresses and you'll be "hollywood"! You are so tan and pretty...total beach girlie. I can't wait for Shenzie to get some hair so I can play!! =)

I love those aunt-jemima kerchiefs! so cute. And dressing them alike but different colors takes more coordination than I'd ever have, so bravo.

The size of your backpack floored me.

My goodness that must be heavy...you must be carrying the kitchen sink in there too.

Adorable pics :)

They really do get cuter everyday. I can't wait for Claire to love animals enough for a petting zoo. I love them too. Our blog about Taiwan probably won't be as interesting as our china blog...at least until we get our referral. I hope to have that early next yr. You are so sweet to check on us. Thanks. Kisses to the girls.

Animals deserve to have fancy city people come and visit them in their beautiful dresses with their beautiful children. I'm sure they appreciated your beauty after looking at farmers in dirty, stained overalls, and straw hats all day!!!

Oh I do love it. It reminds me of Sally and I. You should see what we wore to the zoo once and to feed Tarpon. Yours has a 50's movie star quality to it. One must always be a fashionable example to the little ones. Those outfits complete with the headgear on the girls are precious.

Where in the hell have I BEEN for the love of all that is holy?? LOVE your outfits. The girls are SO dang cute.

And what are you talking about in that prior "look at my awesome ass" post that you "used to be fit"? Holy crap. You make my breasts look like two dangling mounds of jello that no bra could hope to hoist.

kris said...

Did I say jello? Jello implies light, bouncy. No. Not jello. Maybe deformed play-doh. Only think softer.
