Well if you haven't had your dose of "Insane Mommy" this week here's a little bit more of me. I just LOVE this cake - I completed this tonight for my fianl cake class. Yes, I completed all four courses - not bad for someone who'd never baked a cake before.....Mr. Man still bakes the cookies....

Since your east coast Im figuring you must be a night owl like me since you just posted an hour ago.
Unbeliveable cake. I just love it!! Fondant (sp?) and all. It is just beautiful. I would love to take a baking class. I love to bake but know very little. Same with cooking. I love to cook (when I have all the ingrediants) but just have learned by trying new things-- oh ya and my brother is a chef instructor at a culinary school so he has showed me some ropes- but really I suck. I do try and have gotten better but overall there is nothign to write home about. Love your cake and now Im gonna look for a baking class- would love that!!

When are you going to Disney? The chicks will have a blast! Mary Austin had just turned 4 when we took her in jan of 2008. We are going back Jan of 2010 for jane's 4 year old trip! As corny as it sounds it really is magical to experience Disney from your child's point of view.

Hands down the prettiest cake I've ever seen Rony. I might have to fly you out to Wisconsin to make one for Grace's bday in August! You are so talented woman!
