View from my Nest

Christine from Sophia's Journey wants to see the view from our front porch. Miss nosey pants.

We have a couple famous folks(really famous) who live in the hood, on our street, so I can't complain about our
view. We live in "skin" county and he lives directly across the street from us and I sold him his home which was just 4 doors to the right of us.(they moved--nothing to do with the restraining order). No, there is no stalking, well ok, so I'm lying. Any excuse to get a glimpse of how the famous live. Plus it doesn't count if they know you're stalking. Right?! We have taken to walking the dog every hour on the hour just to peer in their windows.

We don't have anything too exciting going on in our life so yeah, we are a bit star struck and fh thinks they are tight. lol. Not slingin' back beers yet but he did get him V.I.P. tickets to opening day since his connection moved! He's big man. Lol. Not to shabby of a view though....Dropping names? My bad! Bwaahaha.

Woo hoo! Lifestyle of the rich & famous in your neck of the woods!

Are they separate houses, or townhouses, all connected? We don't have anything quite that fancy in my neighborhood...

Isn't it awful, I've never heard of those 'famous' neighbors... lol

Beautiful neighborhood!

I will leave him a little note telling him there is a nice house for sale in your neighbourhood and I knew a great realtor there as well.

How frickin' cool that you have been the real estate agent to the stars. I don't blame you - I'd be stalking them if they were my neighbors too! :)

Your neighborhood is lovely, only second to your girls.

Now, do you think you can get some paparazzi-style pics for us???

Hugs,
Jonni

My oldest would be so jealous if he knew you lived that close to an actual Redskin player. He has to be one of their biggest fans. His bedroom is completely done in Redskins(and we live in IN).

Gorgeous hood~ Tony Semple who played for the Detroit Lions is a friend of ours and lives on our lake. I didn't even know what he did until we went to his wedding. Too funny. I don't watch football.

What do you think of this: http://chew.typepad.com/? I am just curious.... I know that you used GWCA for your girlies. I used them, too. I don't really know what to think of it. I respect your opinion and wanted to know what you thought.

That is quite a view. My dad and brother might stop by. I GREW up with my dad blaring his trumpet and making us all sing "Hail to the Redskins! Hail Victory!"- explains why I hate football maybe. Ha. I was born in DC though, and they remain my dad's and brother's fave team.

Nice hood. But it's the 2 cuties I really come here for :O)

Lovely neighborhood and view. I've got some pretty famous peeps in my hood too. Ok, not my exact subdivision but down the road from me live Usher and Toni Braxton. Oh and Whitney and Bobby until their house was foreclosed on.

Wonderful photos of your crib and neighbourhood. and rubbing elbows with the rich and famous?! How cool is that?

hey little miss lifestyles of the rich and famous....
sweet hood and scrumptious baby girls!

I live next to very nice church going folk that home school their children. I'm pretty sure they've learned a new vocabulary from me when yelling, I mean talking firmly to my boys...

No famous peeps here but we were in the same neighborhood as Jan-Michael Gambill where we used to live. He is a tennis player and was one of the sexiest men alive for People Mag a few years back. Used to run into him around town. He's HOT!
